In this test we are using the unminified css and js that is downloadable from the bootstrap website. We could
use the CDN here, but we want to use the same testing methods for each test. So having it on the file system
will be similar to the other tests that we will do.
We will use some standard bootstrap components that many people use on a site including navigation, layout, buttons
and accordions. Examples are taken from the bootstrap website.
